Protecting Egyptian Vultures and Other Soaring Birds: EV NewLife Project final activity Takes Flight in Ethiopia
The highly anticipated main activity of the Egyptian Vulture NewLife project has commenced in Metehara, Ethiopia. The first day of the activity alone involved the fitting of suitable insulating material on over 40 medium voltage pylons to minimize potential dangers for the Egyptian Vulture and other migratory soaring birds. Undoubtedly, this initiative will play a significant role in safeguarding the future of the migrating Egyptian vultures.
